Love ‘n Fresh Flowers is looking for a qualified and energetic individual to assist part time with various office administrative duties.
Responsibilities
– Answering email inquiries quickly and politely
– Keeping staff and events calendars up-to-date
– Organizing and filing paperwork as needed
– Assisting with basic bookkeeping via Quickbooks Online
– Updating general record-keeping spreadsheets as needed
– Assisting with other office administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
– Must be computer literate, a fast typer and have reliable access to a computer and the internet
– Must possess effective and positive communication skills
– Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated in order to work independently
– Must have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and ideally previous expereince using Quickbooks
 
Hours for this opportunity are flexible; anticipated 6-10 hrs/week, Monday-Friday. This position may work remotely/from home as desired. Two days a month must be spent in the Love ‘n Fresh office in Philadelphia (zip 19118) to assist with filing and to meet with staff.
