Farmer-Florists Online Courses & Virtual Seminars

Since 2014, Jennie Love has been teaching intensive farmer-florist master classes that have helped launch and bolster several hundred notably successful floral enterprises across the U.S. and Canada.  Frequently Jennie has been the quiet cheerleader and mentor behind many of the farmer-florists you admire on social media today.  In 2020, Jennie began moving her master class experience to an online platform in order to make the content more accessible to farmer-florists across the world.  Thus Farmer-Florist School Online was born to offer online courses and live virtual seminars tailored specifically for those who are passionate about growing and selling locally-grown blooms through a dynamic farmer-florist model.

Equal parts horticulture intensive and business brainstorming, the topic-specific, concentrated courses available through Farmer-Florist School Online enable students to connect more deeply with the nature of flower farming, their entrepreneurial goals, and their customers’ desire to support a unique and authentic business. During these online courses and seminars, students learn to tell their story with grace and passion through powerful photography, elevate their professionalism, become better team leaders, and deploy myriad marketing tools to gain new customers. Courses connect an amazing group of kindred spirits as well. Alumni from these courses often become fast flower friends who support each other throughout the growing seasons.

Farmer-Florist School Online is driven by detail-rich information that is easily accessible and always at your fingertips for easy reference. Courses and seminars require you to take time out for yourself to focus on your dreams. We know it’s a big commitment, but it’s so very important to invest in gaining and perfecting skills that will enable you to continue to design and grow your farmer-florist business with confidence and ease.

Each online course in Farmer-Florist School Online is led by Jennie Love, owner of Love ‘n Fresh Flowers and a pioneer in the farmer-florist movement. In addition to designing more than 500 weddings and other special events, Jennie has taught hundreds of classes over the past decade, including the sold-out Seasonal Bouquet Project LIVE series in 2013 (arguably the very first farmer-florist course ever) and classes for Longwood Gardens’ Floral Design Certificate program. She has also been a keynote speaker and presenter at many national and regional conferences.  Jennie and her work have been featured in the New York Times and in Martha Stewart Weddings (Spring 2015 and Summer 2016 issues), as well as numerous other publications and websites.

Students in Farmer-Florists School Online courses and seminars can expect to have direct access to Jennie and to be able to ask her questions throughout the experience and even after they finish the course.  Jennie is dedicated to supporting her students every step of the way, cheering them on to greater confidence and skills!
