Love ‘n Fresh is pleased to host private floral design workshops for garden clubs or small special events such as bridal showers or milestone birthdays. We host private workshops at our lush flower farm in the heart of Philadelphia during the months of April, May, June, September, and early October. Our farm is closed during the winter months. 

What does a private workshop include?

A private workshop includes a 3 hour exclusive rental of our farm studio, access to the flower fields (3+ acres), a detailed floral demonstration by a member of our professional floral design team, an abundant assortment of flowers and materials for guests to use in making their very own lush floral arrangement to take home, and a spread of light refreshments including wine, sparkling water, cheeses, and chocolates.  You are able to bring in outside food with prior approval.  No catering vendors are allowed on the property. 

What does a private workshop cost?

The cost of a private workshop varies based on how many guests are attending and which floral design project you choose for guests to make.  The price per person varies from $180-$240.  Private workshops must book 10 seats at minimum and we can accommodate up to 20 guests if you are willing to carpool (parking at the farm is limited to 15 vehicles). While you may have fewer than 10 guests if desired, you must pay for the 10 seats at minimum ($1800) in order to make a reservation for an exclusive rental and a private workshop.

How does it work?

First, look at the listing of our regular workshops. Then email us to let us know which design project(s) are most appealing to you and to see if we have the date you have in mind available.  It’s best if you are somewhat flexible with the date initially as our calendar is limited.  If we have a date available that works for you, we’ll send you a simple contract and have you pay for 10 seats at that time to reserve the date. Two weeks before the workshop, you can let us know if you’d like to add more guests so we can be sure to have all the necessary supplies on hand. You’ll pay for those additional guests at that time.
