“Words cannot describe how much I loved my flowers and decor. There is a reason I did a separate Facebook post of your photos on my own wall, taking each piece in separately. Everyone was raving about the gorgeous and understated hues, my photographer included. Thank you for being such a creative and- no offense- old soul. I was able to rattle off my vision, which changed a bit over time, and you were able to manifest it into my dream wedding florals and decor. Audubon is lovely on its own, but always looks better well-dressed~
There was a moment before our reception that Brian and I were alone together in the pavilion,
privately eating some hors d’oeuvres and drinking champagne. Servers were bustling about, but I got to step out into the table area and really take it all in. The effect was BEAUTIFUL. Very rarely am I bowled over, but that moment will be cemented in my mind forever. You gave me my elegant fall wedding without the orange!
As your business grows, and it certainly will, please don’t change one smidge. I selected you because of your love for what you do. Your love of the flowers themselves, their wellbeing, and the way they are cultivated and harvested close to home. Your love of learning about your clients, through consultation in your studio that is charming and dare I say soothing to a bride trying to figure it all out.

“Once we’d met her, Jennie was pretty much the only person I would have wanted to do the flowers for my wedding — I’m an enthusiastic gardener who is sadly between gardens, so I had a lot of opinions about what would get used. I didn’t want flowers that had been shipped out of season, from thousands of miles away; I wanted wedding flowers that would reflect the season and the locale, since both my husband and I are from around the Mid-Atlantic region.
Jennie was everything we could have hoped for and super, super professional and nice to boot. She is a trained horticulturist and grows her own flowers, so the plants she puts in her bouquet aren’t just pretty things picked out in a catalog. She also worked with us to put together a bridal bouquet with plants that had symbolic meanings. It was gorgeous, and smelled absolutely wonderful. How many other florists would put anise hyssop in a bridal bouquet? Or how many of them would even have it available? But Jennie did because I asked her for a bouquet that smelled nice, and when the flowers showed up, it thrilled my gardener heart to no end.
We got so, so many compliments about the flowers at the wedding! The prices were reasonable for the quality of what she delivers, and she also has a great selection of props and items for very, very reasonable rental prices, if you’re running a photobooth or need props. And if you get a chance, take a workshop with her! They’re so much fun.

I have never seen more beautiful arrangements than the ones made by Love ‘n Fresh Flowers! I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and the quality of the decorations/flowers. I would highly recommend Love ‘n Fresh to anyone who is looking for a unique and beautiful style of flowers for their wedding or any other event. I cannot say enough about the intricate boutonnieres with the succulents as the main focus. Incredible! The only thing I regret was that we weren’t able to enjoy the amazing flower arrangements long enough since we left for our honeymoon the next day. I definitely think that the flowers were the best part of our wedding.

“Jennie from Love ‘n Fresh Flowers was a delight to work with. The flowers and decor that she grew and prepared for our wedding were exactly what we wanted! The flowers were all fresh and gorgeous, and she took pains to make sure they were properly cared for before and during our wedding (which was outside on an incredibly hot and humid day). Jennie was also very flexible; she indulged several last-minute decisions that I had to make and took them in stride.
Because they grow all of their own flowers, you get incredibly diverse and unique arrangements that incorporate materials that you wouldn’t expect. My bouquet even had decorative grasses in it! The other decor was also exactly what we talked about and fit in perfectly with the naturalistic elegance of our wedding; a birch pole chuppah with old fashioned ribbons, the table numbers made with antique buttons, the elegant bird cage for cards, and the flower “chandelier” centerpieces were all impeccably made, delivered, and set up by Jennie and her staff.
