Since we grow all our own flowers right here in Philadelphia and never use imported flowers, our style is anything but boring and typical. Instead it is highly personalized and decidedly different. Local flowers have a story and you’re part of it! 

Aside from a commitment to seasonal blooms and sustainability,  we particularly love working with couples who are interested in creating an intimate personalized atmosphere for their guests to enjoy. Because we are committed to using locally-grown and sustainable flowers, our wedding services are offered during the Mid-Atlantic growing season, the last week of April through the second week of October.  If you are looking for a similar aesthetic as ours for a winter wedding, reach out to us and we can refer you to some excellent floral friends who continue to design through the winter. 

Love ‘n Fresh Flowers offers three options to best suit your big day and budget…

Full Service

We do a very small number of high-end, curated, full-service weddings each season with couples who truly value the importance of flowers in the overall experience of their wedding, both for themselves and their guests. OUR FULL SERVICE CALENDAR IS CLOSED FOR 2024. 

Our full service includes all the usual possibilities any florist might offer, including event design, rentals, and beautiful florals on the big day. Unlike other florists, we custom grow your flowers for you, using only organic practices, right in our very own verdant flower fields in Philadelphia! We will buy seed and grow your beautiful blooms just for you, spending months nurturing every element to fit your vision. It makes for an incredibly personal connection to your flowers and a wonderful addition to your love story.  Not to mention making your wedding a far more sustainable event. 

We begin the process up to 12 months out with a phone consultations with Creative Director, Jennie Love, to get to know you and make sure we’re a good match. You’ll receive an initial proposal after this call. Once you’ve placed a retainer to reserve your date with us, a complimentary in-person consultation at your venue will be scheduled so you can walk through the space with Jennie and review the design plan in great detail.

Couples choosing our Full Service Package typically spend between $15,000 and $30,000.  Pricing is custom to each event and how elaborate the couple’s vision may be.  

Prix Fixe Package

In a critically-acclaimed, high-end restaurant with a Prix Fixe menu – where diners seek out the skill of a creative, proven chef – it’s logical that the trusted chef decides what dishes to serve based on seasonality and what ingredients are  best at that moment.  Thus, Prix Fixe diners get the very best of what’s in season at a great value. And at this level of service and dining, looking at a Prix Fixe menu may often be the better deal if you’re not a picky eater. Win-win for both the chef and the diner!   OUR PRIX FIXE CALENDAR IS CLOSED FOR 2024. 

In that same vein, Love ‘n Fresh offers a Prix Fixe Package for weddings, which allows us to offer an extremely sustainable option for wedding flowers.  We will send you a menu of streamlined choices with pre-set prices, making the planning and budgeting process for your wedding florals super simple. If you just want beautiful flowers for your wedding day and top-notch service without any fuss, this is the option for you! Couples choosing to use this service can expect to spend between $2500-$5500 in total for their wedding flowers, all grown organically at our farm and beautifully designed by our creative professional team. We offer delivery for Prix Fixe clients, but no installation.

Couples using this service will entrust Love ‘n Fresh with choosing the specific colors and flowers in their floral décor.

Prix Fixe reservations are available up to 8 months prior to the wedding day. Clients choosing to use this package will be sent detailed instruction via email first and then will schedule a follow-up phone call to finalize details.

A La Carte + Bulk Botanicals

This service is a great choice for couples on a bit of a tighter budget who still want an experienced professional designer by their side and the ability to customize their flower choices in detail. Let Love ‘n Fresh craft your bridal party and family flowers while you take care of the ceremony and reception decor by using our bulk flowers and foliage to make your own centerpieces, etc. Visit our DIY Wedding page for full details on how our bulk flower ordering process works. Bulk Botanicals are only available during the peak of our growing season, May through the second weekend in October. 

Love ‘n Fresh Flowers does not provide delivery for À La Carte + Bulk orders.  Please note, wedding couples who wish to purchase bulk flowers from our farm should plan on ordering a few items from our A La Carte menu, particularly bridal bouquets and boutonnieres.  There is a $500 minimum for A La Carte + Bulk orders.  

We begin booking for A La Carte + Bulk service up to 6 months prior to the wedding date.
